Use IO::Async::SignalProxy::signame2num() to convert signal numbers since it may know more than POSIX does

a Loop using an IO::Ppoll object

To install IO::Async::Loop::IO_Ppoll, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install IO::Async::Loop::IO_Ppoll
