CHANGES
- Support :reader :writer :mutator attributes on slot variables, to automatically generate accessor methods for them
- Accept `BUILD { ... }` without the `method` keyword. Suggest this as usual style. Discourage the `method` form.
- Updated advice to module authors on how to declare package/VERSION sufficient to keep toolchain modules happy
