Changes for version 0.04

Detect at Build.PL time whether XS is possible, don't attempt if not. Also allow PP building with --pp argument

create lightweight SCALARs with get/set callbacks

To install Sentinel, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Sentinel

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Sentinel
