CommandParser::Basic - The simplest possible makepp command parser

DESCRIPTION

Does nothing except add a dependency on the executable if it has a relative path, which is implemented in the base class.

To install Rule, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Rule

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Rule
