runx() is now correctly in @EXPORT_OK. Many thanks to Elliot "clonezone" Shank for spotting this in RT #37793.
Added exports test case.

Run commands simply, with detailed diagnostics

To install IPC::System::Simple, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm IPC::System::Simple

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install IPC::System::Simple
