Require Alien::Base 0.015
Fix for static test on MSWin32 and FreeBSD
Remove extranious -Wall flag from AM_CFLAGS that was causing trouble on Solaris (and probably other Perls not built by gcc)

Test Module for Alien::Base

To install Acme::Alien::DontPanic, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Acme::Alien::DontPanic

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Acme::Alien::DontPanic
