Changes for version 0.05 - 2017-01-26

Use -fPIC (or equivalent) when building libbz2.a for share install so that it can be linked into a .so file for Perl

Build and make available bz2

To install Alien::Libbz2, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Alien::Libbz2

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Alien::Libbz2
