Changes for version 0.12 - 2020-02-06

Require at least Windows 7. Windows XP is known to have poor native crypto support, which is used my mingw-get and doesn't work with sourceforge. I recommend that you upgrade to Windows 10 or better.

Tools required for GNU style configure scripts on Windows

To install Alien::MSYS, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Alien::MSYS

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Alien::MSYS
