Testing tweaks and additional diagnostic
MSWin32: Don't depend on po2dll, as that may not be in the PATH (use a Perl wrapper around Alien::o2dll instead)

Build and make available libbz2

To install Alien::bz2, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Alien::bz2

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Alien::bz2
