experimental: package ppt versions of ln, cp, rm, touch for use on MSWin32 where GNU File/Coreutils (or equivalent) are not usually installed. (mv is missing so I will have to write that one myself)

To install App::RegexFileUtils, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

install App::RegexFileUtils
