Standard init plugin for ACPS distros. May change in the future, but for now it creates a public git repo on acpsdev2.

cpanm Dist::Zilla::PluginBundle::ACPS

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Dist::Zilla::PluginBundle::ACPS
