Add experimental and undocumented _r option intended for use with Alien::Base only.

Check that a library is available for FFI

To install FFI::CheckLib, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm FFI::CheckLib

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install FFI::CheckLib
