Changes for version 0.12 - 2015-08-06

Switch to MakeMaker since we are not using any features that require Module::Build

Check that a library is available for FFI

To install FFI::CheckLib, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm FFI::CheckLib

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install FFI::CheckLib
