Changes for version 0.30 - 2022-09-22

[ BREAKING CHANGE ] If the alien option is provided, the libraries provided by aliens will be preferred over the system libraries (gh#47, gh#48)

Check that a library is available for FFI

To install FFI::CheckLib, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm FFI::CheckLib

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install FFI::CheckLib
