Allow ; to separate types on the parameter list for unmangeled names which is the norm for Pascal. (gh#6)
Continue to allow , to separate types as well for backward compatability

To install FFI::Platypus::Lang::Pascal, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm FFI::Platypus::Lang::Pascal

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install FFI::Platypus::Lang::Pascal
