Fix typo which caused confusing diagnostic when an invalid key is passed into the constructor (gh#12, gh#13)

Basic implementation of the XDG base directory specification

To install File::XDG, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm File::XDG

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install File::XDG
