Fixed bug where if Apache2::RequestRec wasn't already loaded the handler would crash

To install PlugAuth::Client::Tiny::Apache2AuthenHandler, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm PlugAuth::Client::Tiny::Apache2AuthenHandler

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install PlugAuth::Client::Tiny::Apache2AuthenHandler
