Changes for version 0.19 - 2015-01-12

Update test suite to skip testing "fish" (not a shell) that comes with Perl Power Tools. Still test fish (when a shell) if it is found.

Portably generate config for any shell

To install Shell::Config::Generate, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Shell::Config::Generate

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Shell::Config::Generate
