Switch to ExtUtils::MakeMaker since we aren't using any customizations in the installer

Portably generate config for any shell

To install Shell::Config::Generate, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Shell::Config::Generate

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Shell::Config::Generate
