Changes for version 1.64

Tidied the 1.x to 2.x flag mapping code.
Added a patch from Mark Kettenis <kettenis@wins.uva.nl> to fix a flag mapping problem with O_RDONLY on the Hurd
Updated the message that db-recno.t prints when tests 51, 53 or 55 fail.

cpanm DB_File::HASHINFO

perl -MCPAN -e shell
