Added the function sub_fork.
Updated the documentation: removed all links to the functions as CPAN can't link to them properly.

To install Parallel::SubFork, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Parallel::SubFork

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Parallel::SubFork
