Windows runtime dependency on Alien::libtiff
Use the standardised uint16_t etc. types. Closes RT #136629 (uint16, uint32, and unint64 types are deprecated)

Perl extension for the libtiff library

To install Graphics::TIFF, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Graphics::TIFF

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Graphics::TIFF
