Changes for version 1.11

  • search path. This is needed to find the SSL libraries. Updated Makefile.PL to force a 32-bit compile on Linux and AIX just in case the default is to create a 64-bit binary. Updated Makefile.PL to exit if the perl being used isn't 32-bit. Updated Makefile.PL to change $Config{lib_ext} on the fly from .a to .so on AIX.
