Changes for version 0.03

CVS st copes with added files. CVS get_texts split out from up so it can be independantly invoked all rgrep (I don't want to know about the texts, thanks)

To install , copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm RCLAMP/cvn-0.03.tar.gz

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install RCLAMP/cvn-0.03.tar.gz
