Changes for version 1.10

Added SetCallBacks function to repleace OnNode and provide other hooks for more functions.
Fixed initial connect function and error handling.

Creates and XML Stream connection and parses return data

Object to make defining Namespaces easier in XML::Stream.

To install XML::Stream, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm XML::Stream

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install XML::Stream
