MetaCPAN encodes the response in utf-8, within EPublisher everything should be in Perl's internal format, so we have to decode the Pod source

Get POD from distributions via MetaCPAN

To install EPublisher::Source::Plugin::MetaCPAN, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm EPublisher::Source::Plugin::MetaCPAN

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install EPublisher::Source::Plugin::MetaCPAN
