Changes for version 0.05 - 2014-12-30

IMPROVEMENTS
- add filecheck: if css file doesn't exist (either as file on disk or in __DATA__ section), the css tag is not created
TESTS
- use functional api of Mojo::JSON as the OO api was deprecated in Mojolicious 5.54

move css loading to the end of the document

To install Mojolicious::Plugin::CSSLoader, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Mojolicious::Plugin::CSSLoader

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Mojolicious::Plugin::CSSLoader
