IMPROVEMENTS
- use Mojo::Base instead of "parent" (thanks Красимир Беров - kberov)

provide some helper functions for I18N

To install Mojolicious::Plugin::I18NUtils, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Mojolicious::Plugin::I18NUtils

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Mojolicious::Plugin::I18NUtils
