BUGFIX
- in date and datetime helpers the language setting was case sensitive. Now ar_sa and ar_SA returns the same value

provide some helper functions for I18N

To install Mojolicious::Plugin::I18NUtils, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Mojolicious::Plugin::I18NUtils

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Mojolicious::Plugin::I18NUtils
