to avoid reordering of relationships from version to version use always a sorted list of relationships
added result_namespace to "load_namespaces" when result_namespace is set

create DBIC scheme for MySQL workbench .mwb files

provide some DBIx::Class method stubs when DBIx::Class is not installed

cpanm MySQL::Workbench::DBIC

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install MySQL::Workbench::DBIC
