Create a single type decleration from a simpleType xsd element

To install TypeLibrary::FromXSD, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm TypeLibrary::FromXSD

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install TypeLibrary::FromXSD
