Inline some small hot ops, taking code from current bleadperl : null, stub, scalar, pushmark, const, gv, pushre, stringify, and, or, cond_expr, nextstate, unstack, setstate

Alternate runloop for the perl interpreter

To install Runops::Switch, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Runops::Switch

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Runops::Switch
