now able to make use of "08" for a month or day, which some module croaked on otherwise
handles Feb 29 for 1970 and 2037
- further cleanup of POD/man

Convert date/time representations to local sidereal time via Astro-Time and other Date/Time modules

To install Time::LST, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Time::LST

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Time::LST
