CONSTRUCTOR

new

my $req = Net::Google::WebmasterTools::Request->new(param => $value, ...);
my $req = $wmt->new_request(param => $value, ...);

Creates a new request object with the given parameters. You can also use the shorthand "new_request" in Net::Google::WebmasterTools.
