fix: Copyright was mistakenly assigned to me rather than Plain Black in the Readme

A JSON based config file system.

To install Config::JSON, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Config::JSON

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Config::JSON
