config options that once had to be specified as multiple entries on one line may now be given as repeated entries; these are also_mirror, module_filters, and path_filters

uses CPAN::Mini to create or update a local mirror

create a minimal mirror of CPAN

To install CPAN::Mini, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm CPAN::Mini

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install CPAN::Mini
