the LWP::UserAgent should now respect HTTP proxies specified by the environment (Thanks, Piers Cawley!)

prevent a release if you have prereqs not found on CPAN

To install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::CheckPrereqsIndexed, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Dist::Zilla::Plugin::CheckPrereqsIndexed

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::CheckPrereqsIndexed
