update Readers to, by default, use PerlIO::utf8_strict to avoid problems with CRLF layer on Win32

write your linewise code for handles; this does the rest

get linewise readers for strings and filenames

get linewise writers for strings and filenames

To install Mixin::Linewise, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Mixin::Linewise

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Mixin::Linewise
