export "rewrite" with Sub::Exporter prefix new_rewriter with a _; it was always private

rewrite strings based on a set of known prefixes

To install String::RewritePrefix, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm String::RewritePrefix

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install String::RewritePrefix
