Changes for version 0.10

Made the LogLevel parameter case-insensitive. Tweaked the Makefile.PL to be more CPAN friendly. The next revision will use Build.PL.

A Handy Debugging Module

To install Debug::Easy, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Debug::Easy

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Debug::Easy
