Changes for version 5.24

Mostly documentation updates.
'threadtest.pl' was no longer showing what each thread was doing. It must have been related to the buffering fixes for the graphics. Doing a flush on STDOUT seems to hae fixed it.

A Simple Framebuffer Graphics Library

To install Graphics::Framebuffer, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Graphics::Framebuffer

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Graphics::Framebuffer
