Changes for version 5.42

Fixed incorrect color mapping for horizontal gradient fills in 16 bit mode.
Added a color mapping test for "primitives.pl".
Changed how images are loaded for very low resolution screens in "primitives.pl".

cpanm Graphics::Framebuffer
