Changes for version 1.40

The "expanded" option is removed. It now depends on the COLORTERM environment variable and the "truecolor" value.

To install Term::ANSIEncode, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Term::ANSIEncode

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Term::ANSIEncode
