Changes for version 1.96

MetaCPAN has this weird behavior using the bin/ansi-encode file for the documentation. Weird I made some changes to help minimize this weirdness.

ANSI

To install Term::ANSIEncode, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Term::ANSIEncode

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Term::ANSIEncode
