Integrated all scripts to single rest-client client Implemented GetOptions in client for easy usage. updated Build scripts to install the scripts to bin dir. Made rest-client as a CLI rest client

To install APP::REST::RestTestSuite, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

perl -MCPAN -e shell
