use LWP to fetch remote pod in the first instance, so that SOAP::Lite isn't required

view remote pod via Pod::Perldoc

To install Pod::Perldocs, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Pod::Perldocs

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Pod::Perldocs
