Changes for version 0.6

More error checking added:
- now dies with a intelligible message if:
  - it can't read an input file
  - it can't parse the header row successfully
Tests added for the above changes
Update documentation with license and respository information

convert CSV into an array of hashes

To install Text::CSV::Slurp, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Text::CSV::Slurp

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Text::CSV::Slurp
