Add ability to override internal value of 'time' everywhere to make tests that check expiry of items faster and more robust

Uses an mmap'ed file to act as a shared memory interprocess cache

in lib/Cache/FastMmap.pm

To install Cache::FastMmap, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Cache::FastMmap

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Cache::FastMmap
