Changes for version 0.09

Add more checking on the Date::Manip module, which dies messily if it gets upset about not finding things like Time Zone. This affects the test suite only -- No changes to Time::Format.

Easy-to-use date/time formatting.

To install Time::Format, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Time::Format

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Time::Format
