Changes for version 0.08

Fix a bug in normalize_rct('mail'). Was not always using English month abbreviations.

Convert time and date values into standardized components.

To install Time::Normalize, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Time::Normalize

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Time::Normalize
